Phillip Island Helicopters Facebook Competition terms and conditions
1. Competition is only open to Phillip Island Helicopters customers who purchased or have from the date of this competition participated in a fare paying Helicopter ride. (competition start December 2011 finish March 2012)
2. To enter this competition the entrant will need a photo placed on the Phillip Island Helicopters Facebook “Wall” and the winner will be based on the amount of “Likes” their image receives by the end of the competition close
3. The competition will close on the last Sunday or each month
4. The competition can only be claimed once by an entrant and once claimed the winner cannot claim the prize for this competition again.
5. The voucher will be posted or collected by the winner and this voucher cannot be upgraded or used as cash with Phillip Island Helicopters
6. The voucher will entitle the winner for one of our 8 minute helicopter scenic flights and will be for three passengers
7. The voucher can only be used for one flight
Photo Terms and Conditions
1. By uploading photographs, videos or other content (Content) onto the Phillip Island Helicopters website, Facebook or other social media platforms run by Phillip Island Helicopters you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change by Phillip Island Helicopters from time to time.
2. Passengers who upload Content must be over the age of 18, or if under the age of 18, have the permission of their parent or legal guardian.
3. You warrant that:
a. You own all rights in and to the Content, excluding any moral rights in the Content which you agree not to enforce.
b. Phillip Island Helicopters use of the Content will not breach the rights (including copyright) of any third party;
c. Phillip Island Helicopters use of the Content will not breach any law (including but not limited to, intellectual property, privacy and defamation laws);
d. You have not altered or modified the Content (either digitally or otherwise) in any way so as to affect the accuracy of the Content;
e. Phillip Island Helicopters may edit your content in its sole discretion.
f. Where possible, Phillip Island Helicopters will credit you as the source of the Content, though any such credit will be at the sole discretion of Phillip Island Helicopters.
g. The Content will not contain any viruses or other material which may detrimentally affect the operation of Phillip Island Helicopters infrastructure.
4. Use by Phillip Island Helicopters of the Content you upload will be a royalty free, non-exclusive licence allowing Phillip Island Helicopters to publish and use the Content in any way, to be determined in the sole discretion of Phillip Island Helicopters.
5. You agree to indemnify Phillip Island Helicopters and its officers and employees against any loss or damage that is suffered as a result in whole or in part from:
a. the publication of the Content; or
b. any breach by You of these terms and conditions.
6. You acknowledge that Phillip Island Helicopters will have certain personal information of yours in order to enable Phillip Island Helicopters to contact you regarding the Content. This information will be used solely for that purpose and will not be passed on by Phillip Island Helicopters to third parties.
